  2. Bank Transfer (You will receive the invoice & bank details via email)
• Registration fees entitles participants to attend all the general & concurrent sessions, entrance to exhibition and daily coffee breaks and Congress lunch.
• 5% VAT charges will be applicable on all mentioned rates.
• Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.

• For administrative and preparatory reasons, online registration is possible until 1 December 2026 (GMT+ 4). From this date onwards, we advise you to register and pay the applicable onsite registration fees at the venue, during congress registration hours, commencing on 4 December 2026.
• For administrative purpose, a copy of your ID is required as a proof to avail the registration fee for International Delegate APAAACI Member & Resident/ Trainee/ Student.

A REGISTERED DELEGATE IS ENTITLED TO:

• Participate in all Scientific Session of the Congress.
• All Congress Coffee Breaks and Lunch.
• Admission to the Exhibition.
• Welcome Reception.

CONGRESS WORKSHOP:

Please register should you wish to attend; it is complimentary registration. However, since there are limited seats. Registration would be on first come first serve basis.
